My experience with real estate agents had been dismal to say the least. Although a necessity, the thought of buying a condo filled me with a sense of dread as, yet again, I would have to deal with "professionals" who did not have my best interests at heart.
Everything changed the day I started working with Marci Shaiman. I never thought buying real estate could be so easy, and so pleasurable. She hunted for the perfect condo for me, one that would fit all my prerequisites, and fall well within my price range. My husband and I met Marci Shiaman at an open house in the summer of 2006.
While, my husband and I did not buy that house it began a wonderful working
relationship with Marci.

Through the next year Marci continued to search for the perfect house for
us.  Marci knew exactly what we were looking for because she took the time
to listen carefully to what our requirements were.  Marci did not ever
pressure us to a pursue a house instead she just honestly told us the
positives and negatives about each property and let us decide if it was "the
one".

Finally the perfect house appeared on the market and Marci was quick to put
in an offer that was the one accepted in a multiple offer situation.  Marci
had incredible instincts as to what the sellers were looking for in the
offer.  When the offer was accepted Marci celebrated with us as though she
was the one that found her perfect house (and indeed she did find us ours).

That was not the end of our working relationship as now my husband and I had
to list our current house.  This has got to be one of the most stressful
times but Marci reassured us the entire time that she could get the job
done.

Marci worked tirelessly marketing our house, holding open houses, and
networking with realtors.  In only eight days our house was sold, and we
received just a hair under list price!!!!

Marci is full of energy and ideas and she will help you attain your perfect
house.  Marci is a no-nonsense, no-pressure, HONEST realtor...and that is a
combination that you don’t find very often.
